Estu has reached a pivotal stage in its growth where the team has noticed misalignment among various stakeholders in its ecosystem. Defining and codifying what sets the brand apart—and expressing that clearly through its identity—enabled the business to accelerate its impact.


How the work helps
Estu was seeking to differentiate in a crowded market, and needed to articulate its unique value beyond 'doing things differently'. Through a competitive analysis and brand positioning work, we developed a strategic platform around, 'This is your time'—positioning Estu as champions of untapped talent who don't fit traditional education models.
Our goal was to create a better customer experience by clarifying Estu’s offer in the marketplace and optimising every stage of the customer journey. At the same time, we built a strong brand identity that fosters trust and recognition. To bring it all together, consistency across marketing, customer experience, and employee engagement is key. Therefore we developed a scalable brand strategy that maintains quality as the business grows.
