As a 2007 spin-out from Imperial College London, Novacem develops the carbon negative cement set to transform the global construction industry. Its goal is widespread adoption of its innovative cement technology and it needed a website to help attract investment.
As a relatively recent startup, Novacem had not yet had a chance to make a name for itself. With this is mind, we designed the website to clearly communicate what it did. Through colour and treated photography we emphasised its innovation and green credentials. To engage with non-technical users we kept content simple and clear.
Novacem has subsequently raised two rounds of funding, including investments from LaFarge and Laing O'Rourke. It’s also now listed in the Global Cleantech 100.
