As an established luxury holiday operator, Bales Worldwide was looking to transform its website into a primary customer acquisition tool and major source of revenue.
To mirror the exclusivity of the holidays being sold, we created a design using gold, silver and platinum backgrounds with white framed, strikingly beautiful images of destinations.
We also completely transformed the structure and navigation of the site, ensuring that holiday booking was always the most obvious call to action and that the purchase process had as few steps as possible.
Other features included large font sizes for elderly customers and a search friendly CMS to increase traffic.
The result was a staggering 400% increase in sales.
