In a bid to improve visitor numbers, we were asked to redesign Westminster Abbey’s website. The project developed into a comprehensive brand and cross-media marketing project.
Looking at how the Abbey differed from other attractions in the highly competitive London tourist market, we developed a brand that brought grandeur and historical longevity to the fore.
As the Abbey’s retained agency, we have gone on to design a wide range of high quality communications that flex to the very different needs of service goers and tourists. This includes advertising, visitor leaflets, event displays, official reports, sign posting and a suite of adaptable, high-impact posters.
Following our work, visitor numbers and revenues have increased and we continue to work with Westminster Abbey today.
