The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) is the world's leading resource for business research and analysis. With large numbers of enterprise clients subscribing to significant levels of research expenditure, they wanted to create a loyalty program encouraging quick and smooth subscription renewals.
To expand awareness of the benefits of the EIU service beyond the individuals purchasing subscriptions, we introduced a new membership pack containing information users could distribute to other relevant people across their organisation.
To balance cost and the need to communicate with different levels of subscriber, we designed just one pack but gave it a modular, adaptable content system.
The packs have been well received by internal stakeholders and their intended audience.
