BlackBerry products were perceived as too expensive and complex to setup in the SME environment.
In addition, the materials supporting sales teams in mobile network operating companies were overly technical and not helping to communicate BlackBerry’s USPs.
To help end-users understand the benefits of using BlackBerry devices, we produced packs for sending to new and trial customers. We also overhauled the content and design of sales support collateral to make it concise, persuasive and easy to use on the phone.
Our work was highly praised by BlackBerry sales teams and was integral to subsequent revenue growth. The programme was rolled out across Europe.
