Studio production assistant

We are looking for an intelligent and positive person to help in our design studio. You will be working with the account and design teams to help us deliver well thought-out and beautifully executed branding, web and print projects for a range of clients. In particular we are looking for someone to help with web projects so a passion for the web, experience of building you own website, or blog will be an advantage.

On a day-to-day basis this will involve updating the content of websites we manage for our clients, testing and sending out email marketing campaigns and assisting with new projects.

The role will also involve helping us to ensure that the design studio is run and efficiently managed on a day-to-day basis. This is a perfect role for someone (non-graduate or graduate) looking to gain work experience within digital production.

- Interested in all things digital and web production

Key skills:

- Great organisational skills, both digital and analogue
- Interested in design
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge (you don't have to know everything, but you do need to know the basics, scope to learn more is definitely in the cards for this position)
- Web savvy, you know how to use common web tools such as Google Analytics, common blog tools and Dreamweaver.
- Any knowledge in updating content using a CMS is definitely and advantage however not an requirement since we will provide training in-house

Your responsibilities will be:

- Assisting with content updates on a daily basis for key clients websites using various CMS's (Sitekit, WordPress - training will be provided).
- Helping with email marketing campaigns
- Gathering data and assisting in web related research
- Assisting with running the office, i.e ordering stationary, making sure the office is in order and representative for client visits. Ordering cabs, couriers and assisting with bookings
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- Other ad-hoc tasks when needed in relation to the agencies design projects and running the office

Web designer / front-end developer

We are looking for an experienced web designer and front-end developer to join the team.
