Analysys Mason needed to position itself to attract the highest quality employees in a market where the larger, more recognised consultancy firms often held sway. The challenge was to do this whilst also helping to reduce spend on recruitment consultants.
To engage and excite potential employees, we created a vibrant employer brand and website that pitted the firm’s passion and niche expertise in technology, media and telecoms against the less focused, multi-sector setups of the competition.
We also emphasised the advantages of the firm’s smaller size – aggressive career paths, extensive travel and shorter, more exciting project life cycles.
Our work led to a three-figure increase in quality applications and the reduction in recruitment costs meant the project had paid for itself within 3 months.
